A carefully curated mix of team games, head-to-head challenges and whole-group activities. Paced to keep the energy up and make sure everyone's involved — whether your group is six or twenty.
You don’t need to organise the games, explain the rules or keep the energy going — I host the experience and take care of the flow.

About Your Host
I'm Jen, founder of Real Connect.
I spent eight years working in escape rooms and leading team events for companies and groups in Germany.
Over that time, I learned what makes people get involved, what makes groups laugh — and what makes activities feel forced.
Real Connect takes those lessons and brings them into a different kind of experience:
less pressure, more interaction, more fun and real connection.

How the Experience Works
1. Warm-Up & Get to Know Each Other
Start with easy, low-pressure activities designed to get everyone talking, laughing and feeling comfortable.
2. Team Challenge
Work together in small teams through a mix of creative, communication and problem-solving challenges.
3. Everyone vs. Everyone
Switch things up with individual challenges that bring friendly competition, quick thinking and plenty of interaction.
4. Final Challenge
Bring everyone together for a bigger challenge — either working as one group or competing in teams.
5. Finish on a High
Celebrate the winners, share a few laughs and finish the experience with a small Real Connect surprise to take home.
